Save Our Songlines is holding a March for Country on 10 July to protest new industry on Murujuga (the Burrup).
This is a meeting to organise a convoy from Perth to Karratha and back for folks who want to attend the march.
While in Karratha, you’ll have the chance to help organise the march, support Traditional Custodians, and see firsthand the beautiful land and ancient rock art we have been fighting to protect (not to mention escape the dreary weather).
Fill out this EOI form before attending the meeting and especially if you can’t attend the meeting (include as much detail as possible):
We want to leave for Karratha first thing Friday 8 July, and drive back to Perth on Monday 11 July. Block out your calendar ASAP!
If those dates don’t quite work for you, there might be others you can travel with in the same boat (or car 😎). Otherwise, others are organising some Perth solidarity action that you can join.
