Frustrated with bosses, hierarchies, top-down authority? Do you love process, organising, theory and practice? Extinction Rebellion’s Self-Organising System is a very powerful way of decentralising but with common purpose and power. It is a direct challenge to the usual way of doing things, that spreads out decision-making and ‘control’ throughout our network – there are no ‘bosses’!
Because it is so different, it needs focus, training, learning and support for people in our Working Groups to understand the SOS way of working and how to apply it properly.
